Description

A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, this Cheeseburger Lava Cake combines flavors of turkey bacon and melted cheese for a unique indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 package frozen pie crusts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit muffin tin cups.
  5. Press the crust into the muffin tin and fill with the turkey mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of ketchup on top.
