A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, this Cheeseburger Lava Cake combines flavors of turkey bacon and melted cheese for a unique indulgence.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 package frozen pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit muffin tin cups.
- Press the crust into the muffin tin and fill with the turkey mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with a drizzle of ketchup on top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped onions to the turkey mixture.
- Serve hot for a gooey, cheesy center.
