  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  2. On a tortilla, layer half of the shredded cheese, followed by a portion of the beef mixture, diced pickles, and the remaining cheese. Top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook each quesadilla in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  4. For the burger sauce, combine ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
  5. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve with burger sauce for dipping.
