- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- On a tortilla, layer half of the shredded cheese, followed by a portion of the beef mixture, diced pickles, and the remaining cheese. Top with another tortilla.
- Cook each quesadilla in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
- For the burger sauce, combine ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve with burger sauce for dipping.
