A creamy, sweet, and refreshing dessert salad that combines fresh fruits with a luscious cheesecake filling, topped with crunchy granola and drizzled caramel. Perfect for potlucks, brunches, or as a light summer dessert.
Ingredients
Fruit & Topping:

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

2 cups green apples, cored and diced

1 cup red grapes, halved

1 cup granola or crushed graham crackers

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. -
Prepare the Fruit:
Combine strawberries, green apples, and grapes in a large bowl. -
Assemble the Salad:
Fold the cheesecake filling into the fruit until well coated. Top with granola/graham crackers and drizzle with caramel sauce. -
Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, serve the salad the same day it’s made.
Avoid overmixing the fruit to prevent it from breaking down.
Substitute fruits seasonally—try blueberries, pineapple, or kiwi.
Use cinnamon graham crackers or toasted coconut for a twist.
