Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring rigatoni pasta baked with cheesy goodness and savory turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken ham. Sauté until heated through.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked rigatoni, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Substituting regular bacon for turkey bacon can enhance the flavor.
