Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the cooked cauliflower to the cream mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
