- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the cream mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar and parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or chopped green onions on top before baking.
