- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
