- 2 cans whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained whole corn, cream-style corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until well blended, then fold in the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with crushed crackers.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy casserole, add more cheddar cheese on top before baking.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
