Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained whole corn, cream-style corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix until well blended, then fold in the cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with crushed crackers.
