Description

Indulge in this cheesy, flavorful, and satisfying dish that combines chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy garlic butter and mushroom filling.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
