- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cooked ham, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the potato and ham mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and baked later.
