Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until fully cooked.
- Add the tomatoes, cooked macaroni, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk to the skillet. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding some cooked vegetables.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
