- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, picked over
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in the shrimp, crab, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more cayenne pepper to taste.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
