Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
