Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth and add the carrots, celery, and onion. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the shredded chicken to the pot.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering broth. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
