- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, softened cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In a separate pot, cook the pasta in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Once the pasta is al dente, combine it with the chicken mixture and add frozen peas.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- This casserole can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños.
