- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Lay a tortilla in a skillet over medium heat.
- On half of the tortilla, spread a portion of the chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the quesadillas and serve with additional ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
- For a kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- Use different types of cheese for varied flavor.
