- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Spread mixture evenly onto half of each tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold tortillas over to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook quesadillas for 3-4 minutes on each side until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced tomatoes or green onions to the filling.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
