- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix the thawed hash browns, chicken ham, 1 cup shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, onion (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
