Description

These Chicken Spring Rolls are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer that packs great flavor in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and soy sauce.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
