- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and soy sauce.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- For a healthier version, consider baking the spring rolls instead of frying.
