Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and cumin.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and olive oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the cheese and chopped peppers.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
