- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture, then stir in the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add nuts or a drizzle of caramel on top.
