Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and softened butter.
  2. Add peppermint extract and mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler.
