- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch pans.
- Whisk dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water. Divide batter and bake 30–35 minutes.
- Cool completely before removing from pans.
- Beat peanut butter and butter. Add powdered sugar and cream. Mix until fluffy.
- Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, let sit, and stir into ganache.
- Layer cake with peanut butter filling. Pour ganache on top and let drip down sides.
