- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the raspberries and chocolate chips over the crumb base.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
