Delicious and fluffy cinnamon apple rolls that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 apples peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together.
- Add the warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-10 minutes.
- Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Add chopped apples and roll the dough tightly.
- Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle icing over the rolls before serving.
- Can substitute apples with pears for variation.
