Description

Delicious and fluffy cinnamon apple rolls that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together.
  2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  6. Add chopped apples and roll the dough tightly.
  7. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle icing over the rolls before serving.
  • Can substitute apples with pears for variation.
