- 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and layer it in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture over the dough.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
- Add another layer of cinnamon roll dough on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Finish with a drizzle of icing from the cinnamon roll packets.
Notes
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
