Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and layer it in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the apple mixture over the dough.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
  7. Add another layer of cinnamon roll dough on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of icing from the cinnamon roll packets.
