Description

A delicious twist on traditional macaroni salad, featuring dill pickles and turkey bacon for a savory flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, dill pickles, red onion, celery, turkey bacon, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and pickle juice; pour over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
