- 1 pound corned beef, shredded
- 8 slices rye bread, cubed
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded corned beef, cubed rye bread, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together Thousand Island dressing, eggs, milk, and caraway seeds.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
