Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix together.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef roast.
- Place the beef roast in a roasting pan.
- Lay the turkey bacon strips over the roast.
- Pour the water into the pan.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to allow the bacon to crisp.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the roast overnight with the spice mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
