Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Scoop small portions onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Allow to cool and then fill each puff with coconut and caramel mixture.
