A delightful treat of cream puffs filled with luscious coconut caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Scoop small portions onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool and then fill each puff with coconut and caramel mixture.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle more caramel on top before serving.
