- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Spread refried beans on one tortilla, layer with taco meat, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
- Top with the second tortilla and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, top with sour cream and green onions, and serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or mushrooms.
