- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until blended.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
