- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well mixed.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold over to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
