Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Spread a layer of the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Layer wonton wrappers on top of the crab mixture.
- Spread the remaining crab mixture over the wonton wrappers.
