Description

Crispy, cheesy, and packed with ranch flavor, these baked Crack Chicken Tenders are a delicious and easy-to-make family favorite.


Ingredients

– 1½ lbs chicken tenders
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– ½ cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp onion powder
– ¼ tsp paprika
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– Cooking spray


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate.
4. Coat each chicken tender with the cream cheese mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs for an even coating.
5. Arrange the coated tenders on the baking sheet and sprinkle with turkey bacon.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
