Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
