Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped broccoli, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
