- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped broccoli, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
