- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in the flour to create a roux.
- Slowly add milk while whisking, and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the cheese sauce; mix well.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle additional cheese on top before baking.
- Feel free to substitute different cheeses according to your preference.
