Description
This One Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a rich, comforting, and quick dinner made in just 30 minutes — perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Push the beef to one side and melt butter in the empty space.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir the garlic butter into the browned beef.
- Pour in beef broth and deglaze the pan, scraping up browned bits for extra flavor.
- Add the pasta and stir well to combine. Cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan until creamy.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra cheese or herbs.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melting quality and flavor.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chili while sautéing the garlic.
- You can substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for ground beef.
- Use gluten-free pasta to make this recipe gluten-free.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
