- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and turkey bacon, cooking until the chicken is golden brown.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, followed by the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add more Cajun seasoning according to taste.
- Serve with garlic bread for a complete meal.
