Description

A decadent and flavorful twist on spaghetti that combines creamy sauce, Cajun spices, and turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and turkey bacon, cooking until the chicken is golden brown.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, followed by the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss in the cooked spaghetti, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
