- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and place them in a large pot of salted water.
- Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the potatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir to coat the potatoes in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon and chopped parsley over the top before serving.
