Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and place them in a large pot of salted water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drain the potatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir to coat the potatoes in the creamy sauce.
