- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked rotini and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.
