Description

A delicious creamy garlic butter chicken served with rotini pasta in a rich Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked rotini and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
