- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the Italian sausage.
- Cook until browned, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
