Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and smoked paprika, and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper.
