- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
