- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken and sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix in shredded pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm with additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- This dish can also be made with low-fat cream for a lighter version.
