Description

A deliciously creamy pasta dish featuring pepper jack cheese, chicken, and sausage for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken and sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Mix in shredded pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve warm with additional cheese if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can also be made with low-fat cream for a lighter version.
