- 12 ounces ravioli
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound steak
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and let simmer.
- Meanwhile, season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in another skillet until desired doneness.
- Drain ravioli and combine with the cream sauce.
- Slice steak and serve on top of ravioli with additional sauce.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the steak.
- Feel free to add spinach or other vegetables to the sauce.
