- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced green chilies.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and half of the cheese.
- Fill tortillas with the mixture, roll them up, and place in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
