- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a bowl and mix in the ranch dressing mix and spices.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the butter mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm.

- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
