Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef steak
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef steak in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove steak from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and dip the coated steak into the eggs.
  5. Return the steak to the flour mixture for a second coating.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry steak until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
