- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 large eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the beef steak in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove steak from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and dip the coated steak into the eggs.
- Return the steak to the flour mixture for a second coating.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry steak until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
