  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Tenderize the beef round steak using a meat mallet.
  2. Marinate the steak in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
