- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Tenderize the beef round steak using a meat mallet.
- Marinate the steak in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
